A shared inbox where every WhatsApp conversation arrives and becomes a lead. An assistant powered by OpenAI's GPT helps the team reply, answers on its own after business hours and alerts a person when the conversation needs one.
the challenge
Leads write on WhatsApp at all hours and, outside office hours, went unanswered. Conversations were scattered across phones, and there was no orderly way to assign them between sales and support or to see what stage each opportunity was at. On top of that, automating with AI carried a clear risk: the bot making up information or not knowing when to hand the chat over to a person.
the solution
We built a real-time inbox where every WhatsApp message creates or updates the lead and assigns it to an available agent in the right queue. An AI assistant, which the business configures without coding, drafts replies for the team and answers on its own after business hours, using only the information the company has loaded. When it detects frustration, clear buying intent or a question beyond its scope, it marks the chat as urgent, pauses itself in that conversation and emails the person in charge.
what it solves
- All WhatsApp conversations and their leads in a single inbox that updates itself
- Outside office hours, the assistant replies on WhatsApp with the business's information
- Handoff to a person is controlled: the chat is marked urgent and the person in charge gets an email
- The business adjusts the assistant's tone, information and rules without coding
- Leads are distributed automatically among online agents
what's included
-
Real-time WhatsApp inbox
All conversations on one screen that updates itself. Each message creates or updates the lead and assigns it to an available sales or customer service agent.
-
Reply copilot
With one click, the AI drafts a reply using the conversation's context and the contact's details. The person reviews it and sends it.
-
After-hours service
Outside business hours, the assistant answers on WhatsApp by itself, with rules to avoid making up information and using what the business has loaded.
-
Handoff to a person
If it detects frustration, buying intent or a question beyond its scope, it marks the chat as urgent, pauses itself in that conversation and sends an email alert.
-
Configurable brain
The business defines the assistant's role, tone, company information, escalation protocol and human hours, without touching code.
-
Pipeline, contacts and appointments
An opportunity board by stage, a notes log per contact, an appointment calendar and a dashboard with the day's metrics.
