When you write to us through the contact form, we collect your name, email address and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number and company name, as well as the message you send us. We do not collect sensitive data or data from minors.

• To answer your message and handle your request.
• To contact you to understand your project and send you proposals related to what you asked for.
• To keep a record of the requests we receive.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. To send and receive email we use technology providers that may store information on servers located outside Colombia, with appropriate security measures.

4. Your rights

As the data subject, you can:

• Access, update and correct your personal data.
• Request proof of the authorization you gave us.
• Be informed about how we use your data.

5. How to exercise your rights

Write to us through any of the channels in section 1, stating your name, the email you contacted us with and your request. We answer inquiries within a maximum of ten (10) business days and complaints within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days, as required by law.

We protect information with reasonable technical and administrative measures to prevent its loss, unauthorized use or improper access. The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

7. Effective date

This policy has been in effect since September 21, 2026. Data will be kept for as long as necessary for the purposes described. If we change it, we will publish the new version on this same page.
